Along with the Community Futures local EDP Coordinators, our team of independent professional business coaches is here to support you every step of the way. Each coach brings experience working with entrepreneurs who live with disabilities, long-term health conditions, neurodivergence, or other health-related barriers — and they understand the unique realities of running a business in rural Alberta.

Whether you’re looking for end-to-end business coaching or support in a specific area like marketing, accounting, or operations, we’ll help match you with the right coach for your needs. All coaches adhere to strict confidentiality standards and are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space for your business journey.

Once you are accepted on the program, we’ll match you a coach to have a 30-minute discovery session to ensure they are a good fit with you, prior to the full coaching package starting.
